bRealTime is looking for a proven entrepreneurial leader to join as a Director of Publisher Strategy, on bRealTime’s sales team. This role will help to develop and refine supply side strategy while focusing on strategic publisher side relationships both domestically and internationally. They will be a major player working with bRealTime’s U.S. based publisher development sales staff to define and execute the focused sales strategy. Significantly growing and breaking into new supply side sales partnerships is fundamental to the individual’s success and is also a key driver to bRealTime’s corporate strategy.


  • Able to develop/refine supply side strategy – focusing on strategic (tier 1 & 2) publisher side relationships both domestically and internationally
  • Help develop and execute a focused sales strategy for bRealTime
  • Significantly grow and break into new supply side sales partnerships
  • Be able to represent bRealTime at industry events and in market.


  • Entrepreneurial experience in a digital publisher sales role or experience working at a publisher.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media and ad technology landscape.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a technical environment & work collaboratively with all groups within bRealTime
  • Proven track record of driving success for top ComScore and trafficked Publishers
  • Working knowledge of header bidding technologies in market
  • Ability to put industry experience and knowledge to use to differentiate bRealTime from our competitors
  • Experience making critical sales decisions in a competitive marketplace
