Role

Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, this is a newly created position in our rapidly expanding organization. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support our sales and marketing team to drive the growth and quality of marketing qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the day to day execution and optimization of performance marketing channels including website SEO, paid social, email marketing and retargeting.
  • Plan, design and execute demand generation programs to deliver qualified leads via paid and organic channels.
  • You will collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing in delivering assets like sales kits, training content and commercial insights.
  • Define a lead generation strategy with KPIs for all bRealTime/Engine Media offerings.
  • Package sales materials, execute activations at events and develop local plans for PR agencies.
  • Manage website for leads and projects, and build on SEO strategy.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within the Adtech industry working with any of the following: SSP’s, DSP’s, publisher, advertisers, agencies,trading desks.
  • Experience in Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience of SEO and re-targeting.
  • Experience of web optimization, lead generation, PR and activation work.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally as well as collaborate with outside agencies and vendors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal oriented (self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently).
  • Affinity with lead generation campaigns and event marketing plans.
  • Any experience in design is a plus, particulary with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
