Role

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director, Southeast located in Atlanta who is energetic and experienced Sales Director whose primary responsibility will be to establish new and maintain existing relationships with agencies and advertisers. This person will have strong experience in carrying the sales process from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

  • Present Clearstream’s solution to key decision makers within agencies and to clients direct
  • Manage directly, or through a regional team, a designated market and its revenue target
  • Monitor the progress of sold advertising deals to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
  • Attend industry events
  • Prospect new business and cultivate existing relationships
  • Show accountability for prospecting, forecasting, presenting, and negotiations
  • Exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Convey client feedback to the team
  • Prepare regular sales reports
  • Continually educate partners on our latest developments

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5-10 years of digital media sales experience working with clients direct and media buying agencies
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exhibit the competence to take charge and work diligently to achieve results, despite obstacles
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Proven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Must have extensive contacts at top agencies and brands and strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams and planning cycles
  • Experience in programmatic, dsp’s, trading desks, video and mobile required.
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand internal and external needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in an entrepreneurial, innovative environment.
