bRealTime is looking for a proven entrepreneurial leader to join as a Publisher Account Manager, on bRealTime’s publisher operations team. This role will help to on-board, manage, and service strategic publisher side relationships both domestically and internationally.  They will be a major player working with bRealTime’s U.S. based publisher operations staff to define and execute the focused client management strategy. Significantly growing and managing these partnerships is fundamental to the individual’s success and is also a key driver to bRealTime’s corporate strategy.


  • Extracting maximum revenue and margin from assigned publishers by identifying and executing new opportunities
  • Responsible for providing reports and analysis on assigned publishers
  • Collaborating with Publisher Sales during publisher intacke and set up
  • Ensuring ad serving systems are effectively optimizing campaign/demand performance
  • Work with Director of Publisher Development to find new opportunities, and escalate high revenue publisher opportunities to Director.
  • Reponsible for setting up accounts and communicating with Q/A about new accounts
  • Brainstorm with new products and creative divisions to find new ways to grow publisher revenue
  • Responsible for ensuring that revenue/margin goals are being met across their managed accounts
  • Identify major publisher revenue drops/increases and report reasons to Director
  • Communicate any significant publisher pausing to Director
  • Treat inbox as a daily task queue, completing all tasks by EOD
  • Pass along all payment issues to QA Manager
  • Negotiate and draft insertion orders


  • General understanding of online advertising, ad networks and the global online marketplace
  • Experience handling clients and/or accounts of any nature
  • Holds a Bachelor and/or Masters Degree of an Accredited University
  • Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well within individual and team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
  • Pro-active, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in direction and project priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
