Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Planner to join Clearstream.tv to assist our Strategy & Planning team and Account Executives in the US and UK through each step of the sales process. This is full-time role can be based out of either our San Francisco office or New York office. This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in digital video advertising!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a part of the team responsible for all internal communications regarding all RFPs received by the Account Executives
  • Prepare creative and strategic responses to client RFPs and develop subsequent media plans that meet client specific objectives
  • Aide in the development of any additional pre-campaign materials needed including industry research, client analysis, and/or case studies to support the strategy of proposed media plans
  • Support sales team in all facets of sales organization including updating and maintaining CRM system and revising proposals as needed
  • Assist Account Executive with sales calls and meetings
  • Help coordinate campaign execution with Account Manager
  • Lead generation and research
  • Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years in advertising industry (past agency/publisher/media/etc.) preferred
  • Digital Media Buying experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand internal and external needs
  • Ability to multi-task without allowing performance to suffer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust while super-serving our agency partners
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in an entrepreneurial, innovative environment
