Role

As Director of Yield Operations, you will be responsible for managing and manipulating data using SQL and Python to improve our products. You will also report and identify issues with the data, and ask relevant questions and be able to manipulate models. The candidate will be provide comprehensive information for the pre-sale and post-sale process to help drive profitable revenue and overachieve on the team’s goals. They will also be able to identify and develop innovative alternatives to existing deals or campaigns; and communicate with key stakeholders on these initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Use SQL and Python to manipulate data
  • See data and ask questions about it
  • Ability to manipulate data to improve or manipulate models
  • Identifying and reporting issues with the data
  • Develop actionable insights and make recommendations which will be communicated to clients
  • Works with sales teams to develop proposals, provide deal profitability evaluation, sales negotiations, revisions and follow-up
  • Responsible for pricing, yield management and analytical guidance and develops quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, to support decision making
  • Successfully tests and integrates new pricing and inventory segmentation models into improved operational processes
  • Consistent knowledge sharing and sales training on yield and pricing strategies across different sales regions
  • Delivers on all role specific accountability metrics and goals

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in yield operations in at software technology or adtech/programmatic platform company
  • Familiar with Open RTB (Real Time Bidding) and Adtech a plus
  • Technical proficiencies in technical data
