Role

Based at our Great Portland Street HQ and Manchester office, our Research Executives in the Employee Research team are responsible for successfully managing medium size research projects and supporting on bigger strategic programmes for our clients, all designed around the ultimate goal of helping organisations to become winning workplaces.

This is a great opportunity for the Research Executive to work independently and as part of a bigger team on a varied range of projects including employee engagement surveys, qualitative research projects and projects designed to help organisations understand specific elements of their people experience and organisational culture.

Responsibilities

  • End to end project management of employee research projects, including liaising with our clients and coordinating the internal project teams to ensure projects are run effectively to agreed timescales
  • Managing small projects independently, and supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and international work.
  • General research tasks including question design, report writing and development of results presentations
  • Working with our account management team to build relationships with clients.
  • Supporting the creation of results presentations and reports
  • Acting as an ambassador for our work and our brand by always adhering to our strict quality standards
  • Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders both within the ER team and with other teams involved in the delivery of ER work (e.g. Technology solutions)

Qualifications

About You

  • We’re looking for someone with at a bit of experience, either agency or client side but with research at the heart of it. We’re on a mission to help organisations become winning workplaces so we need people who heave a genuine interest in employee engagement and a desire to help our teams achieve this.
  • Great project management and organisational skills, the ability to work within demanding deadlines, the capability to navigate Office 365, and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships are all crucial skills for the successful candidate.
  • Degree educated is not essential but is preferred for this role, particularly those of you who have degrees in Psychology, Geography, Occupational Psychology or other heavily research based degrees.
