We are seeking a systems and product oriented, highly analytical, extremely driven Business Operations Manager, well versed with online advertising ecosystem. As an early member of the Business Operations team, you’ll focus on driving critical business insights for our Executive Team while partnering with leaders throughout EMX to fundamentally improve how we operate as a business. With a combination of exceptional analytical skills, an insatiable curiosity, and an entrepreneurial, “get stuff done” mindset, you’ll help us better understand our systems, products, partners, and KPIs and drive important changes that will shape the future of EMX.
This role offers the perfect blend of systems, product, data and analytics mixed with business operations. Utilizing technology tools, this Business Operations Manager will be able to work in a team setting focused on driving organizational initiatives with direct visibility to VP's and Directors of all functional groups. Working directly with the VP of Operations, this person will have high-level visibility to the company’s overall strategy and business decisions.
