Role

This is the perfect foot in the door role for someone who is excited and passionate about getting into a growing programmatic technology firm that’s changing the way clients and advertisers manage their digital advertising space. This role works with the EMX publisher team and is responsible for managing data; makes determinations of what the data is saying; puts the data in a presentable form, and communicates the information and findings. The Publisher Development Analyst is going to be continuously exposed to the ever evolving digital landscape and all aspects of digital advertising. This role reports into the Director of Publisher Operations and will be the fourth member to join the team!

Responsibilities

Operational Activities

  • Monitors day to day performance and revenue trends
  • Compiles data and provide daily reports
  • Sets up publisher accounts and troubleshoots to ensure accounts are setup properly
  • Pulls performance updates and review diagnostic reports
  • Assists Publisher Development Managers with various publisher operational projects and tasks

Tools to Manage Daily Activities (training provided):

  • AppNexus - ad server of record
  • NetSuite - Internal CRM
  • Biddr360 platform - EMX’s proprietary header bidding product suite
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Suites – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in presentations and social speaking situations

Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or related discipline
  • Experience and comfortable in working with data and numbers
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to speak and present oneself in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Organized, accurate, and manages multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to shift gears and adapt to frequent changes in direction and project priorities with ease
  • Pro-active, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
