This role will be responsible for integrating new publisher partners into the EMX programmatic tech stack. This is a progressive hybrid role in both ad operations and web development that will dive into many facets of advertising and technology.


An Integration Specialist at EMX is a highly consultative role with the publisher experience being a top priority. Through your training, knowledge, and effort you will provide a seamless integration into the EMX system and continued support utilizing and understanding the BRT offering. You will oversee active header bidding relationships and identify opportunities or technical issues to ultimately act on and improve daily performance results. You will manage and coordinate efforts to build all internal and external assets to onboard publishers.


  • Lead technical onboarding and support of all new publisher partners to the EMX Biddr°360 platform
  • Monitoring performance of programmatic relationships for both supply and demand partners via the Biddr°360 platform
  • Coordinate and deliver Advertising assets across internal and external platforms for publisher partners
  • Custom build solutions in programmatic header bidding integrations on Publisher websites with JavaScript
  • Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to proactively fix and solve problems with publisher client integrations
  • Create and manage discrepancy reporting systems and properly provide insights and feedback to management teams
  • Provide regular updates to the Account Management teams as features are rolled out to the platform and versioning of existing clients are incremented
  • Work with the Account Management team to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing success of publisher partners
  • Leverage the internal tools and platforms built by EMX to support publisher partners as a consultative expert in the ad tech space
  • Providing ongoing, timely internal updates regarding managed header bidding partners
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Tech Solutions Engineering Development teams to identify and capitalize on new business ideas and opportunities based on your experiences
  • Daily use of ad tech platforms with Google DFP, AppNexus, and other SSP platforms
  • Work with a technology stack that includes AWS, Node, Angular, React, GraphQL, Python, Github, and more!


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Finance, or Economics preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Ad Operations
  • 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Strong understanding of web communication tech: HTTP, AJAX, TCP, FTP, etc.
  • Familiar with JIRA and Confluence systems
  • Strong experience working of ad platforms such as Google DFP and AppNexus console
  • Understanding of ad technologies such as header bidding / prebid and openRTB a plus
  • Experience with web debugging tools such as Charles or Chrome Dev Tools
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Advanced skills in excel – pivot tables, chart making, vlookup, etc.
  • Must be proficient in data analysis and possess the ability to present data trends
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn new languages, frameworks and tools
